The House passed the Lilly Ledbetter Act 225-199. Basically, this act reverses the SUpreme Court decision that said individuals (particularly women) who would like to file an anti-discrimination lawsuit against companies that pay them less than their counterparts had to do so within 180 days of the first paycheck.
